In my Healthy Fruit Shakes, I usually add Protein and Creatine, but there are a long list of other items you can add such as oates, fish oil, L-carnitine, ground flax seed, vegetables, fruit juices, etc….But its quick and easy to throw these items in a blender, mix them together and drink it down.
